Join us in the beautiful pristine nature of Monchique, for a melange of movement, hiking in nature, delicious cuisine and laughter.

Daily movement practices and teachings, offer a unique alchemy of modern breath work concepts, ancient spiritual teachings, fused with simple therapeutic movement practices, which when blended with quiet afternoons exploring the surrounding nature, allow the subtle expansion and growth of human consciousness.

Our mornings will be a fusion of energetical movement with breath and meditation, as the sun rises over the hills and warms the outdoor platform, which provides the perfect stage to witness the magnificent view of the surrounding nature.

André will share his expertise and experience of both traditional and modern Qi Gong Breathing, and Nicole will delight in sharing the teachings of Yoga in their purest simplicity. All sessions will be fused with the functional and energetical movement practices of BODYART, PRANA, YOGA, Biodynamic Breathing and Breathwork, allowing you to cultivate an authentic and wholesome experience of the delicate balance of mind, body and soul.

Afternoons will provide an opportunity for exploration and discovery, as we venture into the plentiful nature of this area. Guided walks of around 3 hours each afternoon, will follow paths and trails of fauna and flowers, with forest trails and sea bathing along the magnificant coastline of the Algarve.

Our days will close with an early evening practice calming the system and relaxing and rejuvinating the body, as the sun sets behind the hills, and the crickets begin to sing again.

This retreat is for all levels of participants, and no previous experience is necessary.

What better way to restore and unwind as you chill in the hammocks in the gardens, relax in the roof top jacuzzi, explore the surrounding nature and its forest walks, visit the historic area of Monchique, or take a dip in the refreshing pool.

Our specialised Chefs will offer you two delicious meals a day at brunch and dinner, of local and seasonal produce from the region, and a healthy and nourishing packed lunch for our afternoon adventures. We will also have one evening out at a local restaurant where you can enjoy some of the rare specialities of the Monchique region.
