Your training:

Join us in the beautiful pristine nature of Monchique, for the International inZENtive Breath Coach Education, in English.

The unique alchemy of modern breath work concepts, ancient spiritual teachings, fused with simple therapeutic movement practices, makes this the first Breath Coach Education of its kind to fully introduce Biodynamic Breathing, thus allowing the expansion and growth of human consciousness, through both movement and breath.

Daily practices and teachings of the biochemistry, breathing techniques, guided breath journeys, supportive movement practices, and teachings of the human system way beyond the body, will give you the tools to integrate these practices into your personal life journey, your teachings, or your work with others, when you return home.

As a certified inZENtive Breath Coach, you will have a full understanding and solid foundation of the supportive biodynamic breathing and trauma release techniques, to assist your own personal, private, or group clients breathing experience and healing process.

This education is for all levels of participants, and no previous experience is necessary.

Location:

Monchique is a magical place, where the Mountains meet the Sea, a place with which you will just fall in love, located at 550 meters on Fóia mountain, with a unique panoramic view of the mountain valley which ends at the Atlantic Ocean. The nature, the natural waters, quality of the air and serenity make this a perfect location for all sensorial sciences, offering an energy that embraces and attracts people from all over the world.

We have an exclusive property, which is your home for the week, and each bedroom with ensuite bathroom, offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

During this education, we have allocated breaks for you to chill in the hammocks in the gardens, relax in the roof top jacuzzi, explore the surrounding nature and its forest walks, visit the historic area of Monchique, or take a dip in the refreshing pool.

Our specialised Chefs will offer you three delicious meals a day of local and seasonal produce from the region, and you will have two afternoons free to enjoy the local restaurants, colourful towns and beaches in the surrounding area.

Typical daily schedule:

The education will run from Sunday to Tuesday until 12.30 h, with a free afternoon, and Wednesday to Friday, 12.30 h, with a free afternoon, thus five full days.

Price and details:

Your stay will include your choice of Room, Suite or Studio for Double or Single usage for 7 nights, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and 6 days Breath Coach Education with certification. Flights and transfers are not included in the price.
