Indulge yourself this Christmas, in some beautiful days full of energy, relaxation, winter fun, great food and unforgettable trainings, in the snowy Winter landscape of the Arosa Mountains in Switzerland.

Three nights and two days, with over ten hours of training with Robert Steinbacher, of BODYART, PRANA, 365 Athletic Training, Breathwork and more, and Nicole Gibbard, sharing with you over 20 years of in-depth knowledge of Yoga, functional and bio mechanical trainings. This is the perfect opportunity for you to immerse yourself into your own body, mind and space.

To relax & regenerate, you have full use of The Waldhotel`s two new spa areas, offering over 1800 m2 of herbal and outdoor saunas, steam room, cold pools, foot baths, indoor & outdoor pools, massage & beauty treatments, with time to also enjoy the pristine nature and beautiful winter hiking trails of the surrounding Swiss Mountains, and the magical town of Arosa.

Information

Suggested arrival time is Friday afternoon, where you can relax in the spa or enjoy a walk in the surrounding forests before check in at 16.00 h, (luggage can be left in the luggage room). We will then come together at 18.00 h for an apero and briefing before dinner.

On Saturday and Sunday, we have our two days of training in the glorious seminar room, with its glass windows overlooking the mountain landscape.

Departure is on Monday from 11.00 h after a relaxing breakfast. You  are free to enjoy the spa afer check out, or buy last minute Christmas gifts in the town of Arosa.

Parking is available, and free pick up/drop off from the train station to the hotel is provided.

Your retreat will include daily buffet breakfast, lunch, teatime, and a 4 course dinner; 3 nights in a single or double room of your choice; 3 classes on Saturday and Sunday offered by Robert & Nicole, & full use of the new spa facilities.
