White Christmas Special

Three  nights and three days, with over ten hours of training with Robert  Steinbacher of BODYART, PRANA, 365 Athletic Training, Breathwork more,  and Nicole Gibbard sharing with you over 20 years of in-depth knowledge  of Yoga, functional and bio mechanical trainings. This is the perfect  opportunity for you to immerse yourself into your own body, mind and  space.

To  relax & regenerate during your retreat with us, you will have full  use of The Waldhotel`s two new spa areas offering over 1800 m2 of herbal  and outdoor saunas, steam room, cold pools, foot baths, indoor &  outdoor pools, massage & beauty treatments, with time to also enjoy  the pristine nature and beautiful winter hiking trails of the  surrounding Swiss Mountains & explore and enjoy the picturesque  village of Arosa itself.

Suggested  arrival time is at 12:00 hrs on Sunday, with a welcome at 13:00 hrs  followed by two classes until 16:00 hrs. You will then have time to  check in and visit the spa before dinner at 19:30 hrs.

Departure is on Wednesday around 13:30 hrs after the morning trainings & a farewell lunch.

Your  retreat will include daily buffet breakfast, lunch, teatime & a 4  course dinner; 3 nights in a single or double basic room of your choice;  2-3 classes a day offered by Robert & Nicole, & full use of the  new spa facilities. Parking is available and free pick up/drop off from  the train station to the hotel.

Transport  to & from Arosa & massage/beauty treatments & any  additional food/drinks purchased outside of the offered program are not  included.
